Which file format should I send to you?
We accept any image format (.png, .jpg, .gif, .ai, .psd, and so on). However, we have preference for .psd files (Photoshop). If you are going to send us more than one file, please, zip them in only one file. If you are using custom fonts, please, include them in your zip file.
Is your code Cross Browser Compatible?
We code it following standards, to make your design compatible on major browsers like Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 1.5, Firefox 2, Safari 2, Safari 3, Opera 9. If you wish, you can request that we code your layout to comply with another specific browser.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, our Order form handles discounts by number of pages, and by number of days.
In the case of CMS, what counts like an additional page?
Any page that contains a different style or content counts like an additional page.
How can I pay?
We are accepting payment with Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards through PayPal, so we can guarantee your electronic transaction security.
When do I have to pay for your services?
We ask 50% before we begin to work after you accept your project's schedule, and the remaining 50% after your layout is complete. Once your project is completed, and all the payments are ready, you will receive the resulting XHTML/CSS of your layout.
What currency do you work with?
All prices listed in this site are expressed in United States Dollars (USD).
Do you use tables while coding?
Yep, we do, except for layouts. We only use tables for tabular data.
Would you help me with CMS/BLOG integration?
Of course, please select this service on the Order form. We can also help you with the installation for an hourly fee.
Can you program in Javascript or another Server Side Language?
Yes, we can program any complex things, using PHP and Ruby on Rails scripts. You only have to contact us to discuss your programming needs.
Do you guarantee your turnaround time?
Once you do your first payment, we will begin to work on your project. We guarantee our turnaround time only if we aren't asked revisions (typically they aren't necessary). However, there could be delays, but we always work hard to comply with our schedule.
What happens if I have problems with the resulting XHTML/CSS?
After we deliver your project's source code, you have one week support to notify us any problems you find, and we will gladly help to solve it!
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% refund if you cancel the project before beginning to work on it, or if we miss a deadline without notice. Once we start slicing your design, there aren't refunds. However, if you don't like the quality of the XHTML/CSS, we won't charge you with the remaining 50%.
Will you show my designs on you portfolio?
Only if you authorize us to do it. There is a discount for this! ; )
Will your name appear anywhere on my page?
No, it won't appear anywhere on your code nor images. The source code of your design is absolutely yours and we have no rights to put our name there.
Will you keep a backup copy of my layout?
Yes, we keep a backup copy of the layouts that we slice. If you require a copy, please email us with your request.
Ok, I'm ready to work with you, guys! Tell me again, what do I have to do?
Ok! You only have to use the Order form to tell use all the details and additional coding instructions of your design. Once received, we will analyze your request, and send you an invoice email with the project schedule and any additional information that you may need to know If you agree with this, you will only need to pay 50% of your invoice in advance, and that's it! We will begin to slice your design and turn it into XHTML and CSS. It's really simple, isn't it?
What are your working hours?
Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:00pm (GTM -4), however, because we are a group of web developers that like what we do, we generally work on weekends, but we cannot guarantee this. Nevertheless, don't hesitate to contact us!
